Seasonal Service & Engagement advocates welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales experts ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. These roles provide knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience supporting a guest‑first culture, exposure to retail business fundamentals such as department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency, and practice executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, setting and selling Target products

• Ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor

Pay

The starting hourly rate is $16.50 USD per hour. The pay range for this position is $16.50 – $24.75 USD per hour.
