About the Role

Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles at Target involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. Seasonal Service & Engagement advocates focus on guest interaction and recovery, while Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales experts ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a helpful attitude and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with the team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Follow multi‑step processes with attention to detail.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb up and down ladders safely.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.

Requirements

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to learn and adapt to technology tools used on the sales floor.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to address guest inquiries promptly.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
• Experience handling cash register operations accurately.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.75 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance is required.
