Seasonal Service & Engagement advocates welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales experts ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor to deliver a consistent guest experience. The role can provide knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience supporting a guest‑first culture, exposure to retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and practice executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals. Specific role titles include Seasonal Guest Advocate, Seasonal General Merchandise Expert, Seasonal Fulfillment Expert, Seasonal Style Consultant, Seasonal Inbound Expert, Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert, and Seasonal Tech Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and thank guests, providing service that makes them say “I LOVE TARGET!”
• Stock, set, and sell Target products on the sales floor.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Climb up and down ladders to reach merchandise.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
• Maintain product presentation through visual merchandising.
• Support guest recovery and exceed service expectations.

Requirements

Pay

$17.50 USD per hour.

Schedule
