Seasonal: Overnight Inbound (Stocking) (T1222)

About the role

Target is hiring seasonal specialists across several areas, including Guest Advocate, General Merchandise Expert, Fulfillment Expert, Style Consultant, Inbound Expert, Food & Beverage Expert, and Tech Consultant. These roles focus on delivering tailored suggestions, visual merchandising, guest service, and operational efficiency to create a welcoming and inspiring shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations through interaction and recovery.
• Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb up and down ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and meet sales goals.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.00 USD per hour.
