About the role

Target is hiring seasonal specialists for a variety of guest‑focused positions, including:

• Seasonal Guest Advocate
• Seasonal General Merchandise Expert
• Seasonal Fulfillment Expert
• Seasonal Style Consultant
• Seasonal Inbound Expert
• Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert
• Seasonal Tech Consultant

These roles involve active selling, visual merchandising, guest interaction, and ensuring merchandise is stocked, priced, and presented correctly. Comprehensive training is provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising.
• Welcome guests, thank them, and exceed service expectations.
• Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Climb ladders, scan items, and move merchandise safely, frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 lb.
• Support daily/weekly workload to meet business priorities and sales goals.

• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Quickly resolve guest questions on the spot.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
• Flexible work schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $17.00 USD per hour

Schedule

Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; regular attendance is required.
