Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations; focus on guest interaction and recovery.
• Ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
• Stock, set, and sell Target products.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
• Support guest service fundamentals and a guest‑first culture across the store.
• Apply retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency and improvement.
• Perform cash register operations accurately.
• Climb ladders and handle merchandise safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely.
• Roles include: Seasonal Guest Advocate, Seasonal General Merchandise Expert, Seasonal Fulfillment Expert, Seasonal Style Consultant, Seasonal Inbound Expert, Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert, Seasonal Tech Consultant.

Requirements

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $17.25 USD per hour. Pay range: $17.25 – $25.90 USD per hour.
