Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising (Seasonal Specialty Sales).
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery (Seasonal Service & Engagement).
• Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor to deliver a consistent guest experience (Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales).
• Support guest‑first culture, execute daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals, and work efficiently as a team.

Requirements

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Work independently and collaboratively.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi‑step processes.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb up and down ladders.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and regular attendance.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.75 USD per hour. Pay range: $16.75 USD – $25.15 USD per hour.
