Responsibilities

• Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles: Act as specialized consultants, providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising to inspire guests and build the basket.
• Seasonal Service & Engagement: Welcome and thank guests, exceeding service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
• Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales: Ensure a consistent guest experience by managing product placement, inventory, pricing, and signage on the sales floor.

Additional Requirements

• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb ladders and handle merchandise, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and regular attendance.
