Day in the Life

• Engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to introduce Virginia Green’s customized lawn‑care programs
• Conduct on‑site evaluations to understand lawn conditions and homeowner goals
• Educate customers on tailored solutions that deliver long‑term lawn health
• Set clear expectations and build trust from the first interaction
• Prospect new customers through door‑to‑door outreach, referrals, and community presence
• Convert conversations into new service agreements using ethical sales practices
• Cross‑sell and upsell additional services to enhance results and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a strong, visible presence within assigned territories to maximize opportunity and brand awareness
• Track leads, customer interactions, and sales activity accurately using the company’s CRM system
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals while upholding Virginia Green’s high standards

Qualifications/Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Customer‑first mindset paired with a competitive drive to succeed
• Comfortable with face‑to‑face sales and proactive outreach
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in the field
• Willingness to learn, grow, and accept coaching
• Experience using CRM tools preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to walk, stand, and remain active for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
