Seasonal Operations

About the role

This seasonal position will assist the location with general lot duties and will be expected to follow safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds including cleaning the lot, moving snow, spraying weeds, mowing grass
• Ensure safety compliance
• Assist in equipment maintenance
• Perform soil sampling
• Communicate daily activities, needs, and accomplishments with management
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School graduate or GED; may be offset by experience
• Required overtime as the season demands

Qualifications

• Prior agricultural experience a plus
• Basic mechanical skills for daily maintenance of equipment preferred

• Regularly lift more than 50 pounds
• Climb ladders and perform preventive maintenance activities
