Seasonal Operations Associate - Regal Court S/C

About the role

This is an early morning position where you will work with the task team to perform operations functions prior to store opening. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment time period, but you may be offered an employment extension or regular position based on your work ethic and availability.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver around the store at a fast pace, working with the latest merchandise, while providing customer service when customers stop to ask questions or request assistance
• Execute pricing and signing by changing ticket prices and signing on merchandise across the store
• Replenish and restock the store by pulling and preparing merchandise to go to the floor when merchandise is getting low
• Receive and unload merchandise by working with co-workers to unload trucks and prepare merchandise in the backroom
• Maintain backroom standards by keeping the stockroom safe, clean, and organized
• Fulfill online orders through JCP.com pick-up by finding and fulfilling orders placed online
• Execute merchandise strategy by taking plans communicated by leadership on where to place merchandise throughout the store and maintaining merchandising standards as you flow goods to the sales floor
• Participate in a learning environment by absorbing new information from peers or training materials on merchandise or business processes

Pay

USD $12.00/Hr - USD $15.00/Hr.
