Seasonal Operations Associate - Paddock Mall

About the role

As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. This is an early morning position where you will work with the task team to perform functions prior to store opening. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment time period, but may be offered an employment extension or regular position based on your work ethic and availability.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver around the store at a fast pace, working with the latest merchandise, while assisting customers when they stop to ask questions or request assistance
• Execute pricing and signing by changing ticket prices and signing on merchandise across the store
• Replenish and restock the store by pulling and preparing merchandise to go to the floor when inventory is low
• Receive and unload merchandise by working with co-workers to unload trucks and prepare merchandise in the backroom
• Maintain backroom standards by keeping the stockroom safe, clean, and organized
• Fulfill online jcp.com orders by finding and preparing items for pickup
• Execute merchandise strategy by following leadership plans for merchandise placement and maintaining merchandising standards while flowing goods to the sales floor
• Participate in a learning environment by absorbing new information from peers or training materials on merchandise and business processes

USD $14.00/Hr - USD $17.50/Hr.
