Seasonal Operations Associate - North Grand Mall

About the role

As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. This is an early morning position where you will work with the task team prior to store opening. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment time period, but may be offered an extension or regular position based on work ethic and availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while maneuvering around the store at a fast pace
• Execute pricing and signing by changing ticket prices and signage across the store
• Replenish and restock merchandise by pulling and preparing product for the sales floor
• Receive and unload merchandise from trucks and prepare it in the backroom
• Maintain backroom standards by keeping the stockroom safe, clean, and organized
• Fulfill online jcp.com orders by finding and preparing items for pickup
• Execute merchandise strategy by placing product throughout the store according to leadership plans
• Participate in a learning environment by absorbing information from peers and training materials
