Seasonal Operations Associate - Nature Coast Commons

About the role

This is an early morning position where you will work with the task team to perform operations functions prior to store opening. As a seasonal hire you will have a defined employment time period, but you may be offered an employment extension or regular position based on your work ethic and availability.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver around the store at a fast pace while providing customer service when customers ask questions or request assistance
• Execute pricing and signing by changing ticket prices and signing on merchandise across the store
• Replenish and restock the store by pulling and preparing merchandise for the sales floor when inventory is low
• Receive and unload merchandise from trucks and prepare it in the backroom
• Maintain backroom standards by keeping the stockroom safe, clean, and organized
• Fulfill online jcp.com orders by finding and preparing items for pickup
• Execute merchandising plans communicated by leadership, placing merchandise throughout the store with efficiency and detail
• Maintain merchandising standards while flowing goods to the sales floor
• Participate in a learning environment by absorbing new information from peers or training materials on merchandise or business processes

Pay

$14.00 – $17.50 per hour
