Seasonal Operations Associate - Marley Station Mall

About the role

As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. This is an early morning position where you will work with the task team prior to store opening. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment time period, but may be offered an employment extension or regular position based on your work ethic and availability.

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Service – Maneuvering around the store at a fast pace, working with the latest merchandise, and assisting customers when they stop to ask questions or request assistance.
• Executes pricing and signing – Changing ticket prices and signing on merchandise across the store.
• Replenish and restock the store – Pulling and preparing merchandise for the sales floor to ensure customers have the styles and sizes they need.
• Receive and unload merchandise – Working with co-workers to unload trucks and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
• Backroom standards – Keeping the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• On-line jcp.com pick up – Finding and fulfilling orders placed online.
• Merchandise strategy – Executing plans communicated by leadership for merchandise placement, maintaining merchandising standards while flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Participates in a learning environment – Absorbing new information from peers or training materials on merchandise and business processes.

USD $15.00/Hr – USD $18.75/Hr.
