Seasonal Operations Associate - Hilltop Mall

About the role

As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. This is an early morning position where you will work with the task team prior to store opening. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment time period, but may be offered an employment extension or regular position based on your work ethic and availability.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver around the store at a fast pace while assisting customers who request help
• Execute pricing and signing by changing ticket prices and signage across the store
• Replenish and restock the store by pulling and preparing merchandise for the sales floor
• Receive and unload merchandise from trucks with your co-workers
• Maintain backroom standards by keeping the stockroom safe, clean, and organized
• Fulfill online jcp.com orders by finding and preparing items for pickup
• Execute merchandise strategy plans communicated by leadership, placing merchandise throughout the store with efficiency and detail
• Participate in a learning environment by absorbing new information from peers and training materials

Pay

USD $15.00/Hr – USD $18.75/Hr.
