Seasonal Operations Associate - Apache Mall

About the role

As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. This is an early morning position where you will work with the task team prior to store opening. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment time period, but may be offered an employment extension or regular position based on your work ethic and availability.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver around the store at a fast pace while assisting customers who stop to ask questions or request assistance
• Execute pricing and signing by changing ticket prices and signing on merchandise across the store
• Replenish and restock the store by pulling and preparing merchandise for the sales floor when inventory gets low
• Receive and unload merchandise trucks and prepare merchandise in the backroom
• Maintain backroom standards by keeping the stockroom safe, clean, and organized
• Fulfill online jcp.com orders by finding and fulfilling orders placed online
• Execute merchandise strategy by placing merchandise throughout the store according to leadership plans and maintaining merchandising standards
• Participate in a learning environment by absorbing new information from peers or training materials on merchandise and business processes

Pay

$14.00 – $17.50 per hour
