Role Overview The registered nurse provides direct and indirect patient care in the assigned setting, collaborating with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. They utilize critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassionate care to ensure patient safety, preserve dignity, and promote health restoration. Key Responsibilities Assess patients accurately based on their medical conditions.Administer medications as prescribed and perform treatments using nursing knowledge.Deliver age-appropriate care and basic self-care activities.Develop and evaluate patient and family education plans.Assist physicians with procedures and perform technical skills.Address psychosocial needs and coordinate with social services for discharge planning.Practice cost-effective resource management and prioritize patient care effectively.Promote safety and minimize risks associated with healthcare.Engage in lifelong learning to stay current in nursing practices. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Computer literacy.RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Preferred/Additional Skills ACLS/PALS specialty certifications.
