About the Role
Seasonal Registered Nurse position in a Pediatric NICU setting, providing primary care to critically ill newborns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
- Accurately transcribe provider orders
- Maintain infection control standards
- Evaluate patient conditions and document interactions
- Educate patients and families
- Coordinate interventions and respond to patient needs
- Prioritize effectively and ensure quality care while adhering to organizational policies
- Provide goal-directed nursing care
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards
- Accurately implement provider treatments and monitor patient reactions
- Document care and deliver education
- Adapt to changing workloads
- Maintain attendance and professionalism
Requirements
- Montana RN license or multi-state license
- At least 2 years of NICU experience
- Current BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications
- Knowledge of medical protocols, confidentiality laws, and clinical equipment
Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Critical thinking and teamwork
- Proficiency in computer applications
Schedule
12-hour night shifts.
