This position is Monday-Friday (five 8-hour days per week), 7:30am-4:00pm (30 min lunch break). Shifts may vary by time of year and to meet the needs of the facility. Duration of Assignment: March 1 through October 31 Perform routine grounds and building maintenance.Perform weed eating as needed throughout the park.Clean and sanitize shower houses in the campground and clean fire pits in the campground area.Assist full-time staff on maintenance projects. To be successful in this position, a candidate will need the following skills: Attention to Detail: Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.Flexibility: Is open to change and new information; adapts behavior or work methods in response to new information, changing conditions, or unexpected obstacles; effectively deals with uncertainty.Physical Strength and Agility: Ability to bend, lift, climb, stand, and walk for long periods of time; ability to perform moderately heavy laboring work.
