Responsibilities

Under close supervision, assists and supports library services to meet the needs of the community.

• Assist in day-to-day operations of various Library programs, events and activities.
• Sets up and takes down equipment for activities and events; supervises and coaches participants as directed.
• Assists in generating routine emails or makes phone calls to patrons on overdue materials and holds.
• Assists patrons at the customer service desk.
• Interacts with the public in responding to questions.
• Shelves all materials returned to the library and keeps shelves in correct order.
