Seasonal Lawn Aeration Team Member

About the role

Seasonal Lawn Aeration Team Member position running from August 3rd or August 10th through September 30th. This full-time, outdoor role is part of our fall lawn care crew, working in Eastern Massachusetts to improve homeowners' lawns through aeration and overseeding services.

Responsibilities

• Aerate residential lawns using walk-behind and ride-on aerators
• Spread grass seed and lawn products using commercial spreaders
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Work with a teammate to complete daily routes efficiently
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors all day in a physically demanding role
• Can repeatedly lift and carry 50-pound bags
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to safely operate equipment on hills, slopes, and varied terrain
• Works well as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license (preferred)

Schedule

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Monday–Friday daytime hours
• Overtime opportunities available
• Paid training provided
