Seasonal Laundry Attendant
About the role
The Laundry Attendant is responsible for sorting, processing, and folding Rooms and F&B linens such as sheets, towels, table clothes, and napkins. Candidates with previous experience in a luxury, fast-paced environment are preferred.
- Sort out linen, count linen, bundle the linen, and prepare it for pickup by the linen company.
- Bring clean linen to the Housekeeping area and stock storage rooms.
- Collect and transport soiled linen/terry from storage rooms to the sorting area, including pushing and pulling loaded linen carts.
- Keep the chute area, sorting areas, and laundry carts clean and neat at all times.
- Assist in washing and drying linen, if necessary.
- Assist in folding linen, if necessary.
- Safely lift and carry linen bundles, carts, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.

Pay
- First 9 months: $25.52/hr (80% of contract rate)
- Next 9 months: $28.71/hr (90% of contract rate)
- After completion of 18th month: $31.90/hr (full contract rate)
