About the role

This seasonal, full-time position supports landscape maintenance and installation projects, working outdoors with skilled teammates to deliver high-quality results. The role runs from March 8 through November 13, 2026, and is temporary for the 2026 landscaping season. Applicants must be available to work the full season.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance: mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, blowing, and seasonal cleanups
• Assist with landscape and irrigation installation: planting, mulching, sodding/seeding, basic hardscape preparation, and sprinkler/irrigation system installation
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, skid steers, mini-excavators, trenchers)
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, professional job site
• Work efficiently with your crew to ensure daily tasks are completed on time and to company standards
• Lift/carry up to 100 pounds

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of professional landscaping experience
• Team-oriented, reliable, and ready to take direction

Housing & Transportation

• Shared seasonal housing available for single employees only; family members cannot stay in employer-provided housing
• Rent: $105/week, utilities included
• Employees may also make their own housing arrangements at their own expense
• Transportation provided from a central location (Company Shop) to multiple job sites

Pay

$17.87 per hour
