About the role

Assist in maintaining a welcoming and professional store environment. Participate in seasonal events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers find products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
  • Stock shelves and restock products as needed.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.

Skills

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Knowledge of POS systems (optional).
