About the role

Assist in maintaining a welcoming and engaging store environment, support customers with product knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers find products and answer questions about our offerings.
  • Support inventory management and restocking efforts.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a retail setting is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
