About the role
Assist in maintaining a welcoming and engaging store environment, support customers with product knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Help customers find products and answer questions about our offerings.
- Support inventory management and restocking efforts.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Qualifications
- Experience in a retail setting is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
