About the role

Support the store team in providing exceptional customer service and assisting with daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product selection and placement
  • Stock shelves and restock products as needed
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in retail or customer service preferred

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Skills

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems
