Seasonal Keyholder - The Ordinary - 5th Avenue

About the role

DECIEM is hiring a seasonal Keyholder for the upcoming peak season in our 5th Avenue store. This is a full-time opportunity (35 h per week) with a seasonal contract from November 2nd, 2026 until January 1st, 2027. On-site interviews will be taking place during the week of September 21, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and professionalism, reflecting DECIEM’s vision.
• Listen actively to understand needs and recommend the right products with confidence and care.
• Deliver an exceptional DECIEM experience by upholding service, safety, and store standards.
• Support training, onboarding, and development of new team members while leading by example.
• Act as a floor supervisor when needed, ensuring consistency, organization, and customer satisfaction.
• Support with Opening and Closing procedures.

• Previous retail experience is a strong nice-to-have.
• Customer-centric with leadership experience.
