This position serves as your first step toward Retail Management within the Cheryl’s family.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with all types of customers.
• Showcase products and guide customers through the buying process by teaching them how to shop the store.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand customer needs.
• Make the shopping experience memorable by providing accurate, helpful, and instant product knowledge.
• Exceed customer service expectations during every interaction.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to help customers add to their purchases.
• Thank customers for their purchases, regardless of size.
• Take orders correctly and completely, both in-person and over the phone, including large client orders.
• Lead the team in the absence of managers by running shifts, delegating duties, and preparing the store for the next shift.
• Handle cash, count down, and balance cash drawers at opening or closing.
• Address and troubleshoot customer issues on the spot.
