Seasonal Jewelry Sales Specialist - Triangle Town Center

About the role

REEDS Jewelers is hiring Seasonal Sales Associates for the Holiday Season. In this role you will help create an elevated customer experience in‑store and online by stocking gift bags, wrapping gifts, keeping displays tidy, maintaining store cleanliness, handling transactions, and warmly hosting guests. No prior jewelry experience is required; training and resources are provided.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize gift bags.
• Wrap gifts for customers.
• Maintain tidy, attractive merchandise displays.
• Keep the store clean and orderly.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality.
• Support a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
• Retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using technology such as iPads, tablets, smartphones, or computers.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.
