Seasonal Janitorial Supervisor - Citi Field

Come join the Alliance Team for the 2026 Baseball Season! We are looking for a qualified Seasonal Janitorial Supervisor to oversee the cleaning and maintenance of various facilities in the city, including in-game and post-game cleaning of the entire stadium (stands, seats, locker rooms, public areas, and restroom maintenance).

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily tasks to the janitorial staff
• Inspect the quality of the cleaning and maintenance work
• Provide training and feedback to the janitorial staff
• Order and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
• Handle customer complaints and requests
• Prepare reports and records on the janitorial activities and performance
• Coordinate with other supervisors and managers on the facility operations
• Evaluate the janitorial staff performance and conduct performance reviews
• Review and approve staff schedules, timekeeping, attendance, and payroll
• Discipline the janitorial staff as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in the custodial/maintenance/housekeeping field in a fast-paced environment
• Prior supervisor experience in the janitorial or cleaning industry
• Experience in supervising a team of more than 10 people
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and equipment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and quality
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
• Must be flexible to work any shift (days, afternoons, or nights)

Pay

Hourly Rate: $26.00–$28.00

Schedule

• Day shift
• Night shift
• Third shift
• Weekend shift
• Seasonal position (2026 Baseball Season)

Employment verification screening is required. This position reports to the General Manager.
