Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager - The Mall at University Town Center
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). However we can also have other headings? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings but suggests these typical ones. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes "About Us", "Why You’ll Love Working With Us", "What You’ll Do", "What We’re Looking For", "We Work Together to Win Together". We need to map these to appropriate headings. Possibly "About Us" could be "About the role"? But they said do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. "About Us" is not job title. Could be considered "About the role"? Might be okay. However they gave examples: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should try to fit content into those categories. Let's see:
- About Us: description of company. Could go under "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is more about the job. But we have "About Us" describing company. Could still use "About the role" heading and put company description there? Might be okay but maybe better to have a heading "About Us" even if not in list? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't say we cannot use other headings, but suggests those are typical. Safer to stick to those headings. We can map:
About the role: could include description of role and company? Might be okay.
Responsibilities: "What You’ll Do" list.
Requirements: "What We’re Looking For" Must Haves and Nice to Haves.
Qualifications: maybe combine with Requirements? Could be separate but we have both Must Haves and Nice to Haves. Could put Must Haves under Requirements, Nice to Haves under Qualifications.
Skills: maybe not needed separately.
Benefits: "Why You’ll Love Working With Us" includes bullet points: Build valuable leadership experience..., Flexible scheduling..., Same day pay options..., Employee Referral Program..., fun fast-paced..., Opportunities beyond the season..., Exclusive Holiday Perks... That's benefits.
Pay: Not explicitly stated besides "Same day pay options". No specific pay amount. So we should NOT create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It mentions same day pay options but not amount. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. For Benefits we have explicit content, so we can include Benefits. For Pay we have no specific pay amount, so we should not include Pay section. Schedule: posting mentions flexible schedule, availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, peak retail periods, minimum 20 hours a week. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section.
Thus sections: About the role (or About Us), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule.
We need to use for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's extract content.
About Us paragraph: "Cherry Hill Programs brings the magic to every experience by capturing moments that last a lifetime. Santas’s season is short and spots fill fast- apply now to lock in your schedule!"
We should keep that as prose under About the role heading.

We need to preserve details. Could format as list items.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities): list:

Nice to Haves:
- Previous leadership or management experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or a similar environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience managing teams or operations across multiple locations
- Demonstrated success driving sales, guest experience, and operational results
- Experience with scheduling, training, coaching, and developing team members
We Work Together to Win Together: This is more about mission, values, diversity etc. Could be placed under About the role? Or maybe as a separate section like "About the company". But we already have About the role. Could incorporate into About the role prose. However we must preserve all substantive information. Could add a paragraph after About Us content.
Thus About the role section will contain two paragraphs: first the About Us description, second the mission/values paragraph.
Now Schedule section: details about flexible schedule, availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, peak retail periods, minimum 20 hours a week. Already covered in Must Haves but we can still include schedule specifics. However we should not duplicate content? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicated lines: we should remove duplicated lines. If we put schedule info both in Must Haves and Schedule section, that's duplication. Better to keep schedule info only in Schedule section, and not duplicate in Must Haves. But Must Haves includes "Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods" and "Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed". That's schedule info. If we move those to Schedule section, we must remove them from Must Haves to avoid duplication. However the instruction says remove duplicated lines. So we should avoid duplication. So we need to decide where to place schedule info. Since we have a Schedule section, we can put schedule details there, and remove them from Must Haves (or keep them only in Schedule). But Must Haves also includes other items like age, communication skills, cash handling, leadership ability, pre-season training, lift weight. Those are not schedule. So we can keep those in Requirements (Must Haves). Then schedule specifics go to Schedule section.
Thus Requirements (Must Haves) will include:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Must be comfortable in a cash handling/ sales transaction position
- Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions
- Availability to attend required pre-season training
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
Schedule section will include:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
Now Benefits section: we have the list from Why You’ll Love Working With Us.
We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "apply now to lock in your schedule!" That's a call to action; maybe considered application instruction? It's not exactly instruction to apply but promotional. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "apply now to lock in your schedule!" is an application instruction? It's encouraging to apply. Might be considered application instruction. Safer to remove that sentence. Also "Santas’s season is short and spots fill fast- apply now to lock in your schedule!" we can remove the latter part but keep the first part? The first part is "Santas’s season is short and spots fill fast". That's substantive? It's about season length. Might be okay to keep. But the phrase "apply now to lock in your schedule!" is application instruction; we should remove it. So we keep "Santas’s season is short and spots fill fast." as part of About Us description.
Now "We Work Together to Win Together" paragraph: we need to keep that as prose.
Now ensure we don't include any EEO boilerplate etc. Not present.
Now produce HTML.
