Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager- Southdale Center
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. Must include Pay and Schedule only if posting states them. Pay: we have Pay Range: Min: $17.00/hour Max: $18.00/hour. So we can include Pay section with that info. Schedule: posting mentions flexible schedule, evenings, weekends, holidays, peak retail periods, minimum 20 hours a week. That's schedule info. So include Schedule section.
Benefits: there is a list: Same day pay options, Employee Referral Program, Exclusive Holiday Perks (list). Also "Build valuable leadership experience..." etc maybe under Why You'll Love Working With Us. That's benefits/perks. So we can include Benefits section with those items.
About Us: we have About Us paragraph. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is company description. Could be placed under "About the role"? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content accordingly.
We have "About Us" description: could go under "About the role" maybe. Or we could treat as "About the role" content. We'll put that under About the role
with paragraph.
Responsibilities: from "What You’ll Do" bullet list. We'll list each duty as
under About the role after the initial description. Thus About the role section will contain multiple paragraphs: first the "About Us" description, then role description, then mission paragraph. Now Benefits section: need to list items from Why You'll Love Working With Us and Exclusive Holiday Perks. Let's list them as
- items:
- Build valuable leadership experience developing skills in team leadership, staffing and scheduling, coaching, sales performance, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle
- Same day pay options for early access to your paycheck
- Employee Referral Program

We need to preserve hierarchy; we can nest lists.
Pay section:
Pay Range: Min: $17.00/hour Max: $18.00/hour
Schedule section: we have flexible schedule details: evenings, weekends, holidays, peak retail periods, minimum 20 hours a week. Also mention "Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods" and "Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed". Also "Santas’s season is short and spots fill fast- apply now to lock in your schedule!" but that's more call to action. We'll include schedule details. Thus Schedule sectionFlexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods; minimum 20 hours per week (or as needed).
Now ensure we don't repeat job title. No headings for Job ID etc. Now produce HTML fragment. We'll wrap sections in appropriate tags. Let's craft:About the role
