Humbug Holiday Lighting installs professional Christmas lighting displays for homes and businesses throughout Clarksville, Nashville, and Franklin/Brentwood. Responsibilities
Candidates will be installing professional Christmas lighting displays for homes and businesses, working outdoors, and at heights. They will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service and take pride in quality work.
Requirements
- 21 years or older
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation to the daily crew meeting location
- Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and at heights
- Physically able to lift and carry equipment
- Available for the full October–January season and mandatory September Boot Camp

Lift operator certification is a plus but not required. We're looking for dependable, coachable professionals who take pride in quality work and exceptional customer service.

Pay
Target earnings of $25–35+/hour through our production pay system. Top performers often earn $1,000–$2,000+ per week during peak season. 10% sales commission on upsells and new customers you generate. $500 End-of-Season Bonus for employees who remain in good standing through January 31, 2027.
Schedule
Season begins October 1, 2026. Peak season: October 31–December 20. Takedowns continue through January 31, 2027. Expect 5–6 workdays per week. Typical workdays are 8–10 hours, plus travel time. Sundays are generally off, although occasional commercial installations may be scheduled. Thanksgiving Day is the only guaranteed holiday off during the installation season.
