Seasonal High Lift Operator - Reynoldsburg, 3rd and 4th shift

Responsibilities

• Comprehend and follow written and verbal direction.
• Use basic math skills to verify quantities, make adjustments, fill out worksheets and complete order paperwork accurately.
• Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS), radio frequency scanners (RF), and other equipment needed to perform job duties.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow directions and apply problem solving skills.
• Able to identify product and match numbers.
• Able to operate forklifts, stand-up forklifts, order selectors and other equipment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in a distribution center environment useful.
• Must maintain flexibility regarding job assignments, including other departments, brands, locations, and required overtime.
• Meet productivity standards after successfully completing training.
• Must be able to work well with others.

Qualifications

• Standing or walking for the duration of the shift is necessary; sitting for extended periods during the shift may not be possible.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more up to 50% of the working hours; lifting may be above or below shoulder level – and above or below waist level.
• Ability to push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel, and stoop on a frequent basis.
• Ability to use hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity to include grasping and holding on a continuous basis.
• Ability to function in elevated locations as required.
• Ability to successfully complete power equipment training.

Schedule

• 4th shift: Thursday-Sunday, 6am-4:30pm, Compensation: $18.50/hr + $1.00 shift differential
• 3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday, 9:45pm-5:45am, Compensation: $18.50/hr + .75 shift differential
