Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park is looking for energetic, enthusiastic Customer Service Associates to join the team and help make our legendary Haunted Fort event an unforgettable experience for every guest. Pay

Pay range: $15–$17 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Schedule

Enjoy flexible seasonal hours. You can expect to work a few shifts in September, with most shifts scheduled on Friday and Saturday evenings. There may also be occasional Sunday shifts. The regular event schedule will run from October 1 through November 14, 2026. Part Time: 15-25 hours/weekly.

Minimum qualifications

• Have a genuine passion for the outdoors and love sharing that enthusiasm with others.
• Prior customer service experience in a variety of industries, such as retail, hospitality, tourism, recreation, entertainment, or food service.
• Comfortable handling cash and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system, with prior experience required.
• Friendly, positive, and approachable, with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
