Seasonal Harvest Worker - Fair Oaks, AR

Safety-sensitive position.

Schedule

12-hour day or night shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), up to 7 days per week for up to 8 weeks during the 2026 harvest season.

Responsibilities

• Climb up to 50 feet.
• Bend, stoop, push, pull, twist, and turn throughout the day.
• Sweep and scoop throughout the day.
• Lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
• Work in hot and extremely dusty conditions.
• Follow all safety and food safety policies.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Understand basic commands in English.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
