Description The Guest Experience Associate operates in various locations at Atlanta Botanical Gardens to include greeting guests, answering questions, directing guests, and scanning tickets. This a temporary position, the season will begin mid-October and continue through January 10th. Key Responsibilities Greet guests with a smile and a verbal welcome using an enthusiastic and pleasant mannerProvide guests with information about garden memberships, ticket prices, schedules, and garden special eventsProvide guests with directions to food and merchandise venues, offices, and special eventsCommunicate correct product information to guests regarding coupons, special offers, and upcoming eventsScan tickets of guests upon entry and ensure proper ticket usage.Interact with guests while maintaining a festive atmosphereMaintain clean working environment, alert MOD of lighting outagesAssist in other areas of the department such as trains or any location throughout the gardenAdditional duties may be assigned, management retains the discretion to change or add to the duties of this position at any time Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
