Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales experts ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor to deliver a consistent guest experience. These roles can provide knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience supporting a guest‑first culture, exposure to retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and practice executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.
Responsibilities
