Pay

Starting hourly rate: $15.50 USD per hour.

About the Role

Seasonal specialty sales roles at Target involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising, delivering guest‑service experiences, and ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. These positions offer experience in guest‑service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals, inventory management, and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a helpful attitude and assist team members.
• Provide tailored product suggestions and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and meet sales goals.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Maintain attention to detail and follow multi‑step processes.
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with the team.
