Target is hiring seasonal specialists to provide tailored suggestions, active selling, and compelling visual merchandising. Roles focus on guest experience, product presentation, inventory management, and efficient store operations.

Requirements

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Work both independently and collaboratively
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes
• Accurately handle cash register operations
• Climb up and down ladders safely
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.50 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance is required.
