Pay

Starting hourly rate: $17.00 USD per hour.

About the Role

Target offers seasonal specialty sales roles that focus on guest experience, visual merchandising, and product expertise across various departments such as General Merchandise, Food & Beverage, Style, Tech, and Fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations, focusing on interaction and recovery.
• Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and meet sales goals.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Climb up and down ladders as needed.

• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
