What We Are Looking For
We are a fun, energetic team that works efficiently together to deliver for our guests. You should enjoy providing service that makes guests say “I LOVE TARGET!” and be comfortable with a busy, hands‑on environment—especially on weekends.
Skills
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Capability to work both independently and with a team
- Quickly resolve guest questions on the spot
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes
Expectations
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders safely
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds
- Maintain a flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) with regular attendance

Pay
Starting hourly rate: $15.50 USD per hour.
Schedule
