Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles involve specialized consultants providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising. Seasonal Service & Engagement focuses on welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest service expectations. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales ensures products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun and energetic environment as part of a team to deliver for guests.
• Provide service that makes guests say “I LOVE TARGET!”.
• Stock, set, and sell Target products.
• Receive training to learn everything needed for the role.

Requirements

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Pay attention to detail and follow multi‑step processes.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb up and down ladders.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and regular attendance.
