Responsibilities

• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb up and down ladders safely.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
• Provide guest service that encourages guests to say “I LOVE TARGET!”.
• Support guest interaction and recovery, ensuring a welcoming and inspiring experience.
• Maintain product set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

Skills

• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.

Qualifications

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.00 USD per hour.
