Target’s seasonal specialty sales roles focus on delivering tailored suggestions, compelling visual merchandising, and exceptional guest experiences. Positions include Seasonal Guest Advocate, Seasonal General Merchandise Expert, Seasonal Fulfillment Expert, Seasonal Style Consultant, Seasonal Inbound Expert, Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert, and Seasonal Tech Consultant. Team members help guests discover the joy of everyday life while supporting store operations, inventory management, and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized product recommendations and visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations through proactive interaction and recovery.
• Ensure merchandise is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and properly signed on the sales floor.
• Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and meet sales targets.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
• Climb ladders and perform other physical tasks as needed.
