About the role

Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles at Target involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual‑merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. Seasonal Service & Engagement advocates focus on guest interaction and recovery, while Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales experts ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $17.50 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance is required.
