Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles consist of specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. Seasonal Service & Engagement advocates welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales experts ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor to deliver a consistent guest experience. These roles provide knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience supporting a guest‑first culture, exposure to retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and practice executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
• Ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
• Stock, set, and sell Target products.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb up and down ladders.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
• Maintain department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.25 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays; regular attendance is necessary.
