Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
• Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
• Support a guest‑first culture across the store and gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals.
• Gain experience in retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
• Roles include: Seasonal Guest Advocate, Seasonal General Merchandise Expert, Seasonal Fulfillment Expert, Seasonal Style Consultant, Seasonal Inbound Expert, Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert, Seasonal Tech Consultant.

Requirements

• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb up and down ladders.
• Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance.

Pay

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $17.50 USD per hour.
