Pay

Starting hourly rate: $15.50 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance is required.

About the Role

Target is hiring seasonal specialists to deliver exceptional guest experiences across a variety of areas, including sales, service, merchandising, and fulfillment. These roles provide hands‑on training and the opportunity to develop retail fundamentals such as inventory management, sales trends, and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Skill in resolving guest questions quickly on the spot
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes
• Accurate handling of cash register operations
• Comfort with climbing ladders and moving merchandise safely, including lifting up to 40 lb
